- Search plan - we engage our team of researchers to study the market and identify 'possibilities' through our proprietary database, our extensive national network, industry references, periodicals, publications, conferences, etc.
- Possibilities - our search consultants contact and screen hundreds of 'possibilities,' evaluating, interviewing, and referencing them, and aggressively marketing the opportunity to those that are appropriate.
- Client introductions and client interviews - we present appropriate candidates to our clients, scheduling face to face (or video-conference) interviews, providing resumes, candidate assessments, and professional insight.
- References - We thoroughly interview candidate references, providing detailed background analysis and commentary.
- Selection - We help our clients select the right candidate, providing feedback, suggestions, and resources in answering all potential questions.
