Alice Stein Appointed Membership Vice President Of Boston Chapter Of The American Marketing Association

BOSTON, April 17, 2007 - Alice Stein, marketing director for Vedior Professional Services, has been elected to the board of directors and appointed vice president of membership, co-chair for the Boston Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA Boston).
During her twelve-month term, Stein will conduct a demographic analysis of the AMA Boston membership, with the goal of recruiting new members, retaining existing members, and establishing a greater presence for the organization throughout Northern New England.
"I am very happy to have Alice's expertise in managing relationships as part of our board. I expect we will do great work together," said Steven Halling, President, AMA Boston.
A graduate of Simmons College, Stein also is vice president of community development for the Boston Women’s Network, and is a member of the National Association of Female Executives.
Founded in 1940, AMA Boston is one of the oldest AMA chapters in the U. S, and with 750 members it is among the largest.
